Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NANOGP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NANOGP4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NANOGP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NANOGP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCS show a favorable association.
UVM, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where NANOGP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
