Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NANOGP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NANOGP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher NANOGP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NANOGP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, THYM, and UCEC are the cancer types where NANOGP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
