The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NANOGP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NANOGP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where NANOGP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
