Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANOGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,070 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome organization, Negative regulation of chromosome organization, and DNA replication. Each is linked with NANOGP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOGP1-to-partner and partner-to-NANOGP1 results are reported.
