Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NANOGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NANOGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1179, ATP2B2-IT2, and RNU6-493P. Each is linked with NANOGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOGP1-to-partner and partner-to-NANOGP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1179 grouped by NANOGP1-low versus NANOGP1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NANOGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NANOGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
