Across TCGA cell cohorts, NANOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NANOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHCGR and OR6Q1. Each is linked with NANOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NANOG-to-partner and partner-to-NANOG results are reported.
