The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NAIPP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAIPP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where NAIPP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
