NAIPP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAIPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,208 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAIPP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, EPN3, and ESRP1. Each is linked with NAIPP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAIPP3-to-partner and partner-to-NAIPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAIPP3 versus DOCK10 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAIPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAIPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
