NAIPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAIPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,703 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAIPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML1, PANK4, and PLAC9. Each is linked with NAIPP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAIPP2-to-partner and partner-to-NAIPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAIPP2 versus OLFML1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAIPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAIPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
