Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD33, BIN2, and CD86. Each is linked with NAIP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAIP-to-partner and partner-to-NAIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAIP versus CD33 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
