NAGS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,672 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIB, CHID1, and CRELD2. Each is linked with NAGS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGS-to-partner and partner-to-NAGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAGS versus PPIB in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
