Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX37, IGKV1OR2-3, and MIR1271. Each is linked with NAGS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGS-to-partner and partner-to-NAGS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAGS versus TEX37 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
