Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP226, HMGN2P31, and PMS2P11. Each is linked with NAGS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGS-to-partner and partner-to-NAGS results are reported.
