Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,363 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-arginine biosynthetic process, Intracellular glutamate homeostasis, and Exploration behavior. Each is linked with NAGS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGS-to-partner and partner-to-NAGS results are reported.
