Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAGPA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAGPA data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NAGPA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAGPA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LAML, and PRAD are the cancer types where NAGPA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
