NAGPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,356 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEGFA, CDK5, and DNAJA3. Each is linked with NAGPA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAGPA versus VEGFA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
