Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,882 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAGPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF669, LINC01597, and TRBV5-5. Each is linked with NAGPA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAGPA versus ZNF669 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
