Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 324 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAGPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-35P, CRK, and MIR6867. Each is linked with NAGPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-35P grouped by NAGPA-low versus NAGPA-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
