Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGPA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are E-Cadherin, A-Raf_pS299, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with NAGPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGPA results are reported.
