Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAGPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, DYNAP, and RNASE9. Each is linked with NAGPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGPA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGPA results are reported.
