NAGLU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGLU RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGLU-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sequestering of iron ion, Positive regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Regulation of snRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with NAGLU in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGLU-to-partner and partner-to-NAGLU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGLU→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGLU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
