Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGLU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,982 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAGLU-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, TFF3, and RPS5. Each is linked with NAGLU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGLU-to-partner and partner-to-NAGLU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAGLU versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGLU→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGLU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
