NAGLU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAGLU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGLU-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2G1, ZFAND4, and ANKRD30BL. Each is linked with NAGLU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGLU-to-partner and partner-to-NAGLU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2G1 grouped by NAGLU-low versus NAGLU-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAGLU→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAGLU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
