Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,552 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL3, NOVA1, and NCAPG. Each is linked with NAGA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGA results are reported.
