Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, RNA5SP164, and RNU6-1066P. Each is linked with NAGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAGA-to-partner and partner-to-NAGA results are reported.
