NAF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,672 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAICS, KIF20A, and DKC1. Each is linked with NAF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAF1 versus PAICS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
