Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,415 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pseudouridine synthesis, RNA 3'-end processing, and rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with NAF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NAF1 results are reported.
