NAE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,944 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX19B, ZNF620, and SF3B3. Each is linked with NAE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAE1-to-partner and partner-to-NAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAE1 versus DDX19B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
