Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,106 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with NAE1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAE1-to-partner and partner-to-NAE1 results are reported.
