NAE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACR3, PRND, and TEX43. Each is linked with NAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAE1-to-partner and partner-to-NAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACR3 grouped by NAE1-low versus NAE1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
