Across TCGA cell cohorts, NADSYN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,186 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NADSYN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyridine nucleotide salvage, NAD+ biosynthetic process via the salvage pathway, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with NADSYN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADSYN1-to-partner and partner-to-NADSYN1 results are reported.
