Across TCGA patient cohorts, NADK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,347 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NADK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NADK2-AS1, TANK, and GOLPH3. Each is linked with NADK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADK2-to-partner and partner-to-NADK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NADK2 versus NADK2-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
