Across TCGA cell cohorts, NADK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,484 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NADK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADP+ biosynthetic process, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane. Each is linked with NADK2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NADK2-to-partner and partner-to-NADK2 results are reported.
