Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NACC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NACC2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher NACC2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NACC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

SARC, DLBC, and PRAD are the cancer types where NACC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
