NACC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,540 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3GLB2, MAP1A, and NT5E. Each is linked with NACC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC2-to-partner and partner-to-NACC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACC2 versus SH3GLB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
