Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NACC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D31, MAMDC2, and MFAP4. Each is linked with NACC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC2-to-partner and partner-to-NACC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACC2 versus TBC1D31 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
