Across TCGA cell cohorts, NACC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,452 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NACC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage, Regulation of modification of synaptic structure, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with NACC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC2-to-partner and partner-to-NACC2 results are reported.
