NACC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,917 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1, WDR81, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with NACC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC1-to-partner and partner-to-NACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACC1 versus DNMT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
