NACC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,945 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF443, ZNF823, and ZNF627. Each is linked with NACC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC1-to-partner and partner-to-NACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACC1 versus ZNF443 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
