Across TCGA cell cohorts, NACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,373 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Chromosome condensation. Each is linked with NACC1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACC1-to-partner and partner-to-NACC1 results are reported.
