Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,925 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with NACAP8 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAP8-to-partner and partner-to-NACAP8 results are reported.
