NACAP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,632 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POF1B, IGFBP2, and GPX2. Each is linked with NACAP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAP10-to-partner and partner-to-NACAP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACAP10 versus POF1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACAP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACAP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
