Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACAP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,052 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACAP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with NACAP10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACAP10-to-partner and partner-to-NACAP10 results are reported.
