NACA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, NOL6, and ORC6_T195. Each is linked with NACA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA2-to-partner and partner-to-NACA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NACA2 versus SSB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
