Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 307 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITX3, ANGEL1, and CHRNB3. Each is linked with NACA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA2-to-partner and partner-to-NACA2 results are reported.
