NACA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NACA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,043 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC3, FITM1, and PARD6A. Each is linked with NACA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA2-to-partner and partner-to-NACA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WASHC3 grouped by NACA2-low versus NACA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NACA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NACA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
