Across TCGA cell cohorts, NACA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,751 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NACA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, P-body assembly, and Neutrophil-mediated killing of fungus. Each is linked with NACA2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NACA2-to-partner and partner-to-NACA2 results are reported.
