NABP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NABP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,490 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NABP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67, PA2G4, and DLGAP4_T915. Each is linked with NABP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NABP2-to-partner and partner-to-NABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NABP2 versus MKI67 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
