Across TCGA patient cohorts, NABP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with NABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NABP2-to-partner and partner-to-NABP2 results are reported.
