NABP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NABP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,623 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NABP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, FYB1, and GBP2. Each is linked with NABP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NABP1-to-partner and partner-to-NABP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NABP1 versus FMNL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
